Greyed out results slides in assets

Hello

Can anyone help.  I have been on this for 2 hours!  I made my first course using and editing slides from the assets options.  I added a Results slide but I then deleted it…or so I thought.  I went to add one in again from the assets tab, but ALL results template slides are now greyed out for me in all themes.  I cannot click on it to add, however I can add all other slides from all themes as normal….its just the results slides.

I have tried copying the slide I want from a downloaded project, but no right click copy option…but I can copy all other slides.  I am well and truly access denied.

When I look at the master view, I am mote confused than ever as it does not seem to correlate to my project at all.  There is a results slide in there but I cannot see it / find it even hidden in the film strip view.

I have tried starting all over again – still greyed out

Re installing assets – still grey out.

Can anyone help?  I am too much of a novice to make one from scratch yet.
